Thanks, I did open a case. We had about 200 users call in. For now, whitelisting the rule worked. Just wanted to share in case someone else is trying to figure out why their printers are not working.
We dont use any templated networks. I assume you are an org admin? Can you share with me a screenshot of how you get to your smartport profile configuration and set it at a network level instead of org level? maybe im missing something in our menu.
