Electing a new stack master (WS-C3850-48T device) solved the problem.

What I didn't mention is that the master has changed on our 3850 stack.Previous master device was a WS-C3850-48T. Now, it's a WS-C3850-12S. Maybe WS-C3850-12S devices are not supported in CNA 5.8.9.1.
