I have 4 ws-c2960s-24ts-L too.but only 2 C2960 exist this problem like you.(the IOS the same to you )other 2 C2960 haven't this problem.the IOS is 12.2(55)SE3 UNIVERSALK9-M .I think update to 12.2(55)SE3 can be solve this problem.hope can help you.
