There is an endpoint, Network Appliance Vlans, that covers all VLANs for an MX network. Additionally, there is a "Looper" feature that will allow you to select multiple networks, all networks, or even multiple organizations.Hope this helps!
A personal favorite of mine for a quick no-code solution is the Meraki Tools for Google Sheets integration. You can use the Looper feature in it to select all networks to get a nice report pretty easily.
