SIP protocol devices not showing in TSP client

We have cucm 11.5, with tsp on client with 11.5 we just installed device 8841 which uses SIP protocol. the other devices( 7960 ) are showing up in the list of devices via (windows dialer) but its not showing the 8841 model which uses SIP protocol...

Did you guys found a way for TSP to recognize SIP phones ( device model 8841 ? )
