I have CME on cisco 2901 router, cisco phones 7945 and 6921. miss call are displayed on 7945 but not on 6921.
IOS c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.154-3.M4.bin.

Yes its resolved, I have involved cisco TAC, they did debug voice ccapi inout and found issues with cable connecting from analog provider to CME, replacing cable solved the issue.
