Hi Paul,    Yes. I've sent wireshark captures, RTMT trace logs, MRA logs, VPN logs, Jabber problem reports - you name it.  All to no avail.

I am also dealing with the issue. It does not affect every user, but those who do experience it all have laptops.  Desktop users aren't affected.  For those that experience it,  It occurs on internal Jabber calls, Jabber calls over VPN and over MRA. ...
