Running Jabber 12.1.1.1 via MRA and locally within our LAN.
Have multiple users with complaints of audio not connecting however calls seem to show connected - just no audio.
We have made sure automatically start calls with video is off.
can take up to 15 to 20 seconds for the audio to start working.
Any recommendations or places i can start to look?

Is this only for MRA calls, then well, I am afraid if you are hitting this bug. Since there is no Workaround listed, I suggest you to open a case to move forward.

Symptom:
Jabber iPhone users cannot hear the first 2-3 seconds of audio after the call is answered.
Conditions:
1.Jabber iPhone is connected via MRA.
2.User receives a call on Jabber iPhone and answers it.
Workaround:
None

I am also dealing with the issue. It does not affect every user, but those who do experience it all have laptops. Desktop users aren't affected. For those that experience it, It occurs on internal Jabber calls, Jabber calls over VPN and over MRA. Repeated Cisco TAC tickets and working with our vendor have yielded no progress.

Hi Paul,
Yes. I've sent wireshark captures, RTMT trace logs, MRA logs, VPN logs, Jabber problem reports - you name it. All to no avail.

In all test instances, the video option was turned off.
