We are having a problem getting the Barge in to work on Finesse 11.0  is there documentation that walks you thru the steps?  We know it needs BIB, but what else? 
We use Spanish menus and give the caller the choice at the top of  the phone tree using CED node, but once that time has passed, the caller will no longer have that option. they will need to hang up and dial back in to get that Spanish option.  How t...
