I have 7 x Cisco WS-C3750-24PS-P switches stacked in a cabinet. How do I calculate the overall temperature / heat output coming from the cabinet?

We are fitting new air conditioning and the air con company have asked what is the overall / total heat output from each cabinet.
So each switch is generating heat and we have 7 x cisco 3570 24-port ...
