Cisco SG350 stop working blinking ports conectect each 30 seconds

Hi i have serverals cisco SG350 and all falling. Stop working and system light becomes blinking and ports with cable blink each 30 seconds. i have factory default and do the same.Its happening i almost all sg350 we have. Any idea?

it means its not working. Light the ports 2 seconds and the do not light. 30 seconds later light. And all the time has this waythanks
