I'm attaching screen shots. This set up worked before but the issue now is I can't get to the internet through this switch. Pinging google doesn't work. It is uplinked to a Meraki switch and the uplink port seems to be working on the Meraki switch so...

yes, vlan4 is correct. Firewall is Cisco Meraki MX100.

The user needs 3 machines to be able to talk to one another, thus the needs for static IP's. Are you saying the best option is to input the static IP on the end point instead of in the firewall?
