Does "Cisco IDS Device Manager and IDS Event Viewer" - bundled in version 3.1 replace CSPM ( i)..?

I have a Ciscoworks 2000 system currently running Campus Mgr 3.1 and RME 3.3.I will be adding a 4210 IDS sensor which will be managed by VMS 2.0 bundle.Are there any issues in installing VMS 2.0 on the same host as CW2K/RME 3.3..?
