Hi,We are adding new servers in DC with NIC teaming I have to connect each NIC to a different 4500 switch. I know I cant configure EtherChannel in this case becase each NIC will be on a different switch. Any idea how to overcome this issue?

I have 2 DS3 links on 7204 router we are using ip pim dense-mode we are trying to load balance between the links. We can not use tunnel because of encapsulation overhead. Any thought?
