CSCvf28304 - Drain of unprocessed events from Unified Low Priority Events (priority_2_events)

I am having the same symptoms of this bug in version 6.1.0.5. It only happens when the Disk Manager peaks one of the CPU's. Can I get confirmation that this is also a bug for 6.1.0.5?
