Unfortunately the feature navigator doesn't go down to the command level as you say. And individual commands may not be supported in the feature set.

No unfortunately this is not helpful. Even if I check the configuration guides, it tells me a when a command was introduced, but it doesn't tell me which platform actually supports that command. Any other ideas?
