Hi,12.1(1) does not support the the T1/E1 VWIC-1MFT-G703 module I was told an upgrade to anything above 12.1(1)T should solve the problem. My question is would I need to pay for this upgrade? Thanks ahead.cheers

Hi amit,It's slotted in Slot w0 as required by the manual which on the 2600 is at the rightmost upper slot.Show diag states WIC slot 0 as having unknown WAN daughter card. I am assuming WIC slot 0 = w0 so I am guessing it is in the right slot. Will u...
Hi Kevin,I'm pretty sure it is supported by the 2600 because the installation manual that came with the card stated that it works with the 2600,3600 and 3700.
