Hi guys, I am trying to connect to a 2904 router via console able but all I am getting are two characters that look like capital C's and then no more output on the screen. Any ideas as to what i should do next?Thanks

Yes HSRP was configured on both routers in front of the PIX, I have editd the configs for those routers and removed any reference to "standby", but the messages are still appearing in the log files

I dont think that is the issue as I also have a 2503 and I can connect to that with exactly the same settings, ie, if I pull the console out of the 2504 and plug into the 2503 I get chars on the screen. I'll check the terminal speed though, thanks
