Has anyone had any luck getting Acrobits softphone or any softphone other than Cisco's working on a UC 500. We have a UC560 and I have Acrobits so it will connect, register, and place an outbound call over a 3g VPN connection and wireless connection...
Is there a way to change the delay before the digits dissappear on an SPA525g. For instance if I start to dial a number so I dial 91510 and then get interuptted for a second the number disappears and I have to dial it from the beginning. It looks l...
It looks like we have everything working on our UC560 except our EZVPN. The SSL VPN is working fine and we have SPA525g phone's connected, but we are unable to make a connection. I'm not sure if it's an ACL or Nat'ing issue. We have modified the c...
So far I've tested and found 3 phones that can't make a 3-way/ad-hoc conference call, but I have tested 3 or 4 others that work just fine. Two of the phones that can't make the calls are SPA525g's and one is a 7900 series. The phones that DO work a...
We have a new deployment of a UC560 and are having issues with the remote parties not being dropped when the call initiator hangs up. If I'm internal and call client X and then conference in client B if I hang up client X and client B are still conne...

Has anyone else updated to the 8.0(5) pack on a UC560 that hasn't had the MWI problems? I'm curious if there are any other issues people are having. We have a couple clients we have been waiting to update because of the chop issue.
Hello David,Thanks for the quick response. I removed C001 (ephone-dn 596 and ephone-dn 597) and everything started working. All of those dn's were configured by CCA. It's a UC560 and it's set to allow 2 meetme conference bridges with up to 16 peop...
Yes, it must have! I just marked this as answered. Now I have to figure out why some of our phones can make ad-hoc conference calls and some can't, but I'll start a new thread for that.
I tested and it is working as it should with the configuration. When there are no local parties left on the call it is dropping everyone else. Thanks so much for the help!
