Has anyone had any luck getting Acrobits softphone or any softphone other than Cisco's working on a UC 500. We have a UC560 and I have Acrobits so it will connect, register, and place an outbound call over a 3g VPN connection and wireless connection, but I get no audio. The number I'm calling rings and can answer, just no audio.
I can only get the Acrobits softphone to register if I connect via TCP which makes me think it may be an ACL issue or something blocking the UDP traffic which is why I'm getting no audio. I tried opening up all TCP and UDP traffic on the VPN ACL for a couple minutes and tested, but it had no effect. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.
