Yes this is normal because Email address is not imported from CUCM end user table in MPE. To my knowledge MPE only imports the following fields:UserId, FirstName, LastName, TelephoneNumber, Profile Number Hope this helps!ThanksRajeev

MP6 MR5 released this week supports Outlook 2007 SP2 but not MeetingPlace Express as of today.The next version of MPE is also under engineering discussions and most probably EC'd within next few weeks but until then not supported.
