MPE and CUCM integration

Hello All,

When I integrate the MPE with the CUCM 6 for LDAP integration and authentication, it is working normally , but the User info integrated from the CUCM to the MPE are not all the information, for example, The mail id is not integrated and this field is empty for all users that login using the LDAP authentication ( after first time they log , they have to add the email ).

is that normal, I have checked the user data on the CUCM and I can find the filed " mail ID " and the mail value is listed , so why it is not sent to the MPE ?

Yes this is normal because Email address is not imported from CUCM end user table in MPE. To my knowledge MPE only imports the following fields:

UserId, FirstName, LastName, TelephoneNumber, Profile Number
