Please can you cancel my Sandbox reservation, ID is 1c8a17e3-5b1d-4c12-a08a-a8e63243d Thanks
I received the first email from Cisco regarding my sandbox reservation which was due to start 30 mins ago but never received the second email. When I login to the Sandbox portal I can see my reservation is showing active(with errors)  
When I run the Audio tuning wizard in IP Communicator the language is not in English. How do I change this?
