Second email not received and Sandbox showing active with error

I received the first email from Cisco regarding my sandbox reservation which was due to start 30 mins ago but never received the second email. When I login to the Sandbox portal I can see my reservation is showing active(with errors)

If you don’t get the second email generally this means you sandbox didn’t build correctly and as you saw it has an error. The best way to resolve is to cancel the reservation and spin up a new one.
