I finally got consoled in. It did not like my usb-to-serial converter. I found a old laptop with a serial port. Now watiing on the recovery .iso from cisco to download and burn. Been waiting all day for it.-thanks
yes the bios although I really can get by without it right now. The recovery cd, yes this would be what I need. ....so what is the trick to get the console port to work? Just standard 9600 baud 8bit?-thanks
