I'm the DA and today's issue is I don't have access to the "Smart Net Total Care" Dashboard. That's the start page.Please shut Smart Net down. It's doesn't work. You are only giving your customers false hope that Cisco will fix it.
Smart Net is broke. Nothing works: Imports don't work.login doesn't work.I'm the DA and my permissions have been revoked. I have wasted days on Smart Net. Way to go Crisco.
I have, in the past, successfully imported devices into Smart Net. As of Friday none of my imports are working.After I successfully submit an import job, the "Upload Processing" page never creates an entry for the new import.
I have the:Vendor : CypressModel : FX3Scontroller in my B200M5 blades. I do not see this device in UCSPE 3.2(3e).
