Hi,  The problem above persists now for 7 days since I first reported it. Is there any other channel to raise Cisco's awareness on this and possibly get some kind of response? Maybe even an estimate as to when the reporting would be available again....
Title says it all. Portal reports error 413. I have tried Chrome, Firefox and Edge. With cookies deleted. Same result. Any ideas? br,  mika
'My reports' shows two reports pending now for the third day, over 48 hours now. Any idea how to have the SNTC portal to advance the tasks?  br,  mika
The SNTC seems to be very sluggish and takes ages to navigate. When scheduling a report SNTC stucks at giving me the options.  Please advise,  mika
