as per my nice colleague Amr Momtaz the relase of the 1250 said that it won't support the 7920 phones ; I think this is a sales goal ; not related to technical issues; Amr Ezzat (Egypt)

no there is the latest bootloader which could be downloaded under 5.2 version [boot] it works veryfine as it is also recommended for version 6.0.128.0

In some cases like 6500 when all vlans is up and enabled and you configured even one trunk without allowed vlans the number of instances is exceededjust limit the allowed vlans
