SMA is situated behind NAT and its NATED IP is 172.20.88.71.

On the other side between ASA and Internet was cable modem AT-T (router or bridge - I don't know) . We have reloaded it - and IPsec works in both directions.

I have done almost all from these steps )
1. Clear the tunnel from both ends - NO RESULT
2. Reload both asa's by reload command (not by power off/on)
3.Configuration still match
4. Packet capture shows ESP exchange on both sides
