7970 wont boot (Red Mute Light Stays Lit)

Hi all,I'm having a problem with my 7970 when I power my phone on via the power cube-3, only the red mute light stays lit, nothing else happens. Anyone see this before?Thanks,Steve

Unfortunately, it was an ebay item. Right now I'm trying to figure out my options. :(
