RV320 Only one port is forwarding. Port 3001 forwards to IP 192.168.0.101 perfectly. But Port 3004 will not forward to IP 192.168.0.104. I have tried everything, but still does not forward.

I have one port working and the other not working and all did was port forwarding. I want know why only one port is forwarding, and the other are not! See attached config file.
Here is my situation: I have 4 time clocks at these IPS 192.168.0.100,102,103,104. Those will be collect data any be transmitted. Port Forwarding with be UDP 4370 and TCP 3001. Thank You
