Cisco Aironet 1815I-A-K9 stuck in a loop when booting

I am having issues with this access point, it seems to be stuck in some sort of loop. Could it be a firmware problem?

WLC is running on version 8.5.135.0

The AP was fresh out of the box and I couldn't even check the configurations. I never got to the command prompt. We bought dozens of these AP's and it's the first time we actually have any trouble with 'em.
