It was something related to the time which I checked it was same on Windows Server and ISE as it was in sync but did not work.After updating my country specifically and not UTC it got integrated perfectly.
Actually yeah I tried with everything but could not find the solution so I just redeployed it for me it is running in virtual environment 2.4 it's old version. After redeploying it is fixed.Currently I am stuck with the NTP as the ISE is not catching...
