How to close AnyConnect client with SSL browser logout?

Hi. I was wondering if there is anyway to close the AnyConnect client once the "Logout" button has been clicked in the SSL browser. Right now, users connect to the SSL Portal and log in which downloads the AnyConnect client to their pc and starts it....
