Question: For some reason, I am login through the web interface for our Cisco 2960X, and I got "Access denied" when I used Putty to SSH the Cisco 2960x. Any Sugguestion that what can do at the moment? Thank you!
By the end, I ended up entering the password recovery mode and reset the password. And following by the Cisco command that you provide it. issue resolved. Thanks!
