hey, im having an issue with hsrp, when i shutdown the L3-1 (left side layer 3 switch) and try to route using my L3-2(right side layer 3 switch) dhcp will continue to work but routing capabilities no longer work

having some issues, not sure what steps to take to make redudant links between my routers and my layer 3 switches. I already have hsrp running and not sure if its configured right for g0/1 interfaces

trying to configure multi vlan dhcp addressing, havent been able to get it up and running yet, am i missing something in the config?? Here's my config, i left out the other layer 2 switch configs so i could add a photo of how its setup.
