Thanks Leo, the APs have the 15.3(3)JF9 firmware so i think i will go with the 8.5.140.0 vWLC controller version taking in consideration the Cisco compatibility Matrix. Thank you for your recommendation

Yes, thank you both for the replies, i was just confused because on the Cisco Compatibility Matrix the AC module is not mentioned at all:8.5.140.015.3(3)JF9Lightweight APs: 1600, 1700, 1800i, 1810 OEAP, 1810W, 1815i, 1815m, 1815t, 1815w, 1830, 1850, ...
