does any one of you have confirmation/documentation of how TTL is decremented for multicast in the same VN in SDA?

On N9k nxos 9.3.x following was needed, seems like severity was lessened from 5 to 6 over the years:
login on-success loglogging level authpriv 6logging level auth 6 logging logfile messages 6 (e.g. to see in local logging)

Answering my own question:
Though in SDA we provide subnet across FEs and mobility between them, The multicast however works over L3 and not L2 even when source and receiver are in same subnet but attached to different FEs.
