Hey,i create new script for my customer with call back option and everything is work prefect.i try change the call redirect steps with call consult transfer so i can monitor if the call is answer or not and show that to the customer in the report.aft...
hey,how i can define that when i want to add a new phone in the call manager, my route partition will be local, and my calling search space will be genral in default? until now when i add a new phone i need to define this in each phone.
