We might be encountering this bug on version 13.5.1-277.We're hoping to get a workaround since the version is already above the fixed releases

Do TAC still support ACS version 5.5

We are currently experiencing an issue with ACS version 5.5 and we would like to know if I can still raise a TAC case for it? I tried browsing the Bug Search Tool for anything related to the issue, however, it doesn't show anything.
