CSCvp78589 - "IP NAT" configuration not available on some C9300 models

I have this problem on the 9407 when in Conf T I get: (config-if)# ip nat inside^% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.  This is delaying my project , I need the updated software, these are brand new devices, purchased 1 month ago.
