Thanks Mike. After i Check with our System Engineer. We added SMTP Server provided by them and open the port needed on the firewall from ISE to SMTP Server. Any Sender email will do as long as the domain is used for example ISE@example.com.

yes. i've already check on the menu access and the data access.Actually, it's working now after i tried to test again. no changes made. still using super admin.i don't know what just happened.
I have the same problem. when using account that integrated to AD.Identitiy users and Groups is not showing even the AD account is assigned as Super Admin. anyone fix this issue?
