Hi guys,
I've built an ISE 2.4 cluster for a customer and when I log in to admin using AD credentials, I get a cut down menu and can't see devices in Network Devices, when I log in as local admin, it's fine.
I've got the AD user group to be set for Super Admin Menu Access with "show" set for all permissions, but in say, Work Centres, I can only see Network Access, Guest Access, TrustSec, Device Admin and PassiveID, but not BYOD, for example.
Have I missed something or is this a bug? I'm running 2.4, patch 3, but can't see anything bugs relevant in patch 4, other than CSCvh54905 - Identity Admin cannot see users under Identities tab.
Best, Leigh

Hi,
I've also run into something similar. Any chance you resolved this via TAC @leighharrison? If so, mind sharing how?

Hi Nadev,
I never got around to opening a TAC case, we're just using the on-box admin password for the time being.
