CTS 3010 - LCD not detected by System

System shows LCD is not detected via serial. Serial cable connection is according to procedure. What else can I miss ?

OK. I will check with person in charge as I dont't have CUCM access.What about CTSAdmin ? Any activation/ configuration ?

Why CUCM ? But LCD is connected direct to ACU & indirect to Primary Codec.
