Does the Application Server Module supports outgoing calls(without any 3rd party software)?I need to be able to start the conference from the MCU(without anyone dialing in)
I´m having problems with the pick up groups,they work for some time but then out of nowhere they stop working,I restart the Call Dispatcher Service and they work fine for awhile,but then they stop working again.
Are you certain you don´t have Media Termination Point enabled for this gateway?If you do whenever the MTP´s are full,the Call Manager wouldn´t let you transfer any more calls.RegardsDavid
