Did you ever get this resolved... i dont have the MDS9148.. i have the NEXUS 5596 running 7.0(7)N1(1)  DCNM SAN version 7.0(2). but having this issue only on one switch.  All other 3 switches are running the same OS and the DCNM sees them just fine. ...
