I tried but still my ping to NOC with mtu 1600 cannot go through..the maximum is ping with mtu 1500 only

My config doesn't have dialer interface. Instead I used the dialer commands under interface cell 0/0/0. I didnt use dialerinterface because I dont have external dialer.
