Try setting your radio preamble to Long on the AP in the Advanced Radio Hardware settings page. This is needed when 4800 clients associate with 350 APs and may help you.

Thanks for your reply.Our APs have the latest software and radio firmware package (11.08T). Our clients, are a only couple of versions behind on both radio firmware and WinCE driver.Thanks,Brent
