RF scanner i use is comply to ieee 802.11b. It has been working fine with AP4800 and 340 Series. BUt when i tried with 350 series, it just didn't work out.

I understand that i just need to put in the SSID and no other configuration requires.

But it still doesn't work.

Try setting your radio preamble to Long on the AP in the Advanced Radio Hardware settings page.

This is needed when 4800 clients associate with 350 APs and may help you.
