AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client issues when conecting by Phone Hotspot

Hi to all, 

 

Recently i'm having trouble connecting the AnyConnect Secure Mobility app when on the go with my iPhone Hotspot. In the beginning ithe connection was perfect. like one month ago  the app in my SurfacePro starts to Connecting and Re-connecting  every 1-5 seconds and doesn't  gives me a stable connection to my intranet. 

 

Any body have the same problem?

It seems that your provider changed something in their network. Try the
following:

1. Disable DTLS in your AnyConnect configuration and see if works with TLS
only.
2. If not working, keep DTLS off and reduce the MTU to something like 1240
and see if its working.

In addition to what @Mohammed al Baqari has suggested, did you patch or upgrade your PC recently before the issue started happening?  I have heard of similar issues ranging from unstable to not working at all after the latest windows update / security patch.  What version of AnyConnect are you running?  Perhaps try upgrading AnyConnect to the latest version.
